Then we will be closed with no regular access until Spring.

We can store your business items of all types. We offer forklift services in unloading and loading trucks and have 18 full service loading docks. We also have 2 large drive-in bays, and 4 rail docks allowing us to accommodate various storage needs all in our secure and climate controlled facility.

Monthly rates are available by request, and determined by quantity, product and approximate storage period. We currently have rates as low as $0.20/ sq ft per month. For a free quote please email us. We are still accepting units for the winter season. For seasonal storage, please pay at the time of move-in. Our upcoming hours are:

Saturday October 30th: 12:00pm-2:00pm

Monday November 1st: 4:00pm-6:00pm

Tuesday November 2nd 1:00pm-4:00pm

Personal Storage

Personal item storage is available in an open public warehouse setting. Items must be neatly stacked and lie within taped areas. Access to items is granted by appointment with 24 hours notice. Available hours subject to change, but are currently M-f 9am-6pm and Sat 10am-4pm. Stacking can go up to approximately 10′. 1 hour per month access included in rates:

5×10 -> $39/mo

10×10 -> $49/mo

10×20 -> $79/mo

20×20 -> $119/mo

Larger sizes can add space by the sq ft.

Note that we do not carry insurance on your items, and while access is restricted, you should still carry renter’s insurance or similar.

Business Storage

We offer off site records storage and business equipment storage. All in our safe and secure climate controlled area. Your construction equipment will run better and last longer if stored indoors in a heated space rather than left out the bear the elements. Call and we’ll have it ready to be picked up!
